Just finished looking at an awesome post about screenshot taking. I love it when things I want are not only possible but already handled well.
I love being able to take a screenshot of a specific spot in Mac OS X with CMD+SHIFT+4
The Compiz screenshot method he outlines was exactly what I wanted and works great- just had to install CompizConfig in Automatix and find it in Extras and I was set.
Looking at GScrot that he did a follow-up post on- that looks like it could be a timesaver too…
