I am very tired of dealing with businesses who end up charging me things that were not mentioned at the beginning of our business relationship. My goal is to have pricing that is:
- 100% clear
If you feel that a service I offer is somewhat vague, overpriced, or confusing, please send me an e-mail through my contact form. On every ‘pricing’ page you should see a dollar price and a complete description of what is included (or even excluded) from that service. You should be able to anticipate my invoices based solely on the information on this website.
Prices on the website are binding. If you request a quote and I haven’t updated my site yet to reflect a new price, you get the price that was on the website when you requested the quote.
Current customers can also expect to remain on the same price schedule for future work. This does not apply to special promotions, discounts, or coupons. If you hire me to work on something you will get that same rate for as long as I am in business, even if my prices go up on the website. In this case, you can request a price sheet and I will send you your price list that will reflect your rates.

Obviously, I am in business to make a living. I’ve got a mortgage and a new furnace to pay for, aside from some hungry little ones. So I don’t like the idea of working on a project and then having it pulled out from under me. But I also recognize that everyone should be dealt with fairly. Because of that, you may be assured that you will never be cheated by me.
If you decide at any point that you would prefer not to continue using my services, any unpaid invoices will be due. I will not issue a new invoice with any hours worked since the last date. You will receive from me any content assets (graphics, templates) created for you* as of the last paid invoice. I will issue invoices regularly, each time getting your approval of what I have done prior to invoicing you.
